I am a recent graduate from Kugel high school in Israel. I have heard about your excellent course in English Literature and I am interested in attending it. I would like to apply for admission to your university.

I am extremely interested in the field of Literature and English Literature in particular. However, I was disappointed to find out that the English Literature courses offered by the universities in my country are not as prestigious as the one you offer. My love and appreciation for English Literature lead me to seek the best possible course I can find, and I honestly believe that yours would be the best.

Moreover, I believe that I am qualified for studying at your university. I have completed my studies with honors on June 2009, and I have managed to maintain very high grades in most of the subjects I studied, especially in English and literature. I am also a very motivated person and I always do my best to succeed.

I have enclosed my high school diploma, and I would be grateful if you could send me an application form for your school. Thank you for your assistance.
